We are not responsible for travel document issues, immigration refusals, or missed connections due to late arrival.
Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider. In case of conflict between our Terms and service provider terms, the service provider's terms prevail for that specific service.
We are not liable for service provider actions including:
Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
Hotel overbookings or room quality issues
Bus delays or route changes
Tour itinerary modifications
Car rental vehicle condition or availability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MajhaTravel.com and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Service provider failures or disruptions
Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions)
Third-party actions or omissions
Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the affected booking.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms when such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or supplier failures.
All content on MajhaTravel.com including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
